Physical Therapist - Full Time - Now Hiring

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in Home Health, hospital, or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Hiring priority given to more experienced Physical Therapists.
• Willingness to cover an assigned territory and to travel across the service area as needed.

• Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.70 per mile.

Role Details and Practice Environment:

• Practice type: Home Health in Douglas, MA region.
• Leadership includes licensed Physical Therapists on-site for clinical support.
• New graduate training program available: 7–10 weeks total, including 1 week virtual training and 1:1 mentorship with an experienced PT.
• Expectations include flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to cover broader service area when needed.
