Construction Concrete General Laborer

Pay: $20-$23/hour (Based on Experience)

We're hiring Construction General Laborers to support concrete construction projects on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction experience who are looking for steady work, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage construction materials, including forms and rebar.
• Assist with site preparation, digging, leveling, and earthwork.
• Support concrete pours, placement, and finishing activities.
• Perform general labor duties such as cleanup and debris removal.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• At least 1 year of concrete labor experience.
• Experience with concrete pours, formwork, and general site labor.
• Ability to perform heavy physical work and lift materials throughout the day.
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
• Reliable and able to work a Monday-Saturday schedule, including overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
