We are hiring Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, production, forklift, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.

This position plays a key role in keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility to support production goals and customer demand.

Responsibilities

Assist with material movement throughout the warehouse and production areas

Load and unload materials from equipment, workstations, and storage locations

Scan products and follow work instructions to ensure accurate inventory movement

Support forklift operators and production teams with material flow needs

Handle totes, containers, and product packaging throughout various stages of production

Remove labels, sort products, stack materials, and prepare items for shipment or processing

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, material handling, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

Experience using RF scanners or other inventory systems is a plus

Forklift experience is beneficial

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day

Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support changing production demands

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, IA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
