What You'll Do

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and tool crib organization.
• Pull and distribute tools and supplies for employees throughout the facility.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
• Process inventory transactions using Cribmaster or similar inventory management systems.
• Restock plant vending machines and ensure essential supplies are always available.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees while supporting daily production needs.

What We're Looking For

Experience in inventory control, tool room, parts clerk, warehouse, or storeroom operations

Cycle counting, stock management, and order fulfillment experience

Strong organizational and data entry skills

Experience with Cribmaster or similar inventory systems preferred

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift

Manufacturing or distribution environment experience is a plus

Schedule

• Regular Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fridays as needed
• No regular weekend work
• 1-2 weeks of day shift training required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
