This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with students, supporting classroom success, and collaborating with educators and special education teams.

Position Details

• Location: Del Norte County, CA

• Position: Paraprofessional / Instructional Aide

• Pay: $24/hour

• Schedule: Full-time opportunities available

• School year: 2026–2027

• Start: ASAP

• School-based setting

• Support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and/or special education needs

• Work alongside teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

• Hands-on, student-focused role with the opportunity to make an impact every day

What We’re Looking For

• Previous relevant experience working with children or students

• Experience in special education, behavioral support, classroom assistance, or 1:1 student support is a plus

• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working as part of a school team

• Passion for helping students succeed
