Assistant Retail Store Management

The Assistant Retail Store Manager supports the day-to-day operation of a retail store, helps lead the team, and contributes to an excellent customer experience. This role assists with store performance, team coordination, merchandising, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Assist with coaching, scheduling, and coordinating store team members.
• Deliver helpful, responsive customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support sales goals and monitor store performance.
• Help maintain product presentation, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss-prevention practices.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
