Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician - Cincinnati, OH

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Fulfillment/Patient Support Pharmacy Technician to join a growing mail-order pharmacy team in Fairfield, Ohio! This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy technicians with high-volume retail experience who are looking to transition into a mail-order pharmacy environment.

Available Shifts

First Shift (2 Openings): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Second Shift (8 Openings): Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Possible rotating Saturday shifts as volume increases, with schedules provided in advance.

Key Responsibilities

Process prescriptions in a high-volume fulfillment environment.
Pull, prepare, package, and stage medications for shipment.
Support accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
Assist with patient calls and inquiries as needed.
Follow pharmacy procedures and medication safety standards.
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy team members.
Assist with non-sterile compounding when qualified.

Qualifications

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License required.
High-volume retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
National pharmacy technician certification is a plus.
Non-sterile compounding experience is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced workflow.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
