Registered Nurse School Setting - Orange, NJ

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid School Nursing license for New Jersey
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is required
• Expertise in immunizations and related record-keeping
• Capable of managing building-wide caseloads and addressing diverse student health needs
• Demonstrated reliability and comfort working within a school district environment
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to travel between sites; reliable transportation is essential
• Willingness to complete onboarding requirements, including TB screening, physical examination, and fingerprints for both agency and district
• LPN applicants will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care to students across multiple buildings
• Coordinating and supervising immunization compliance and health records
• Responding to student health concerns in a compassionate and professional manner
