Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children, 12 and 10 y/o. 12 y/o has OCD and has trouble getting out of bed. Need extra set of hands to make sure she gets out of bed and gets ready for school. Mom will be at home as well (and sometimes day). Guaranteed 10 hours / week. 7. 5 hours for weekday mornings and 2. 5 hours additional for discussion (after school or evenings)
