Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children (boy, 8 and girl, 5). We just moved to the Henrico, VA area from Rhode Island where we had a lot of family help. Looking for someone with flexibility that would be available to watch the kids for date nights, work events, school events, etc. that might pop up during the week and weekends. Our son has a lot of energy and our daughter is very shy (at first). They both have large imaginations, and love to be outside. We need someone who can listen to 2 stories at once and has a lot of patience.
