Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are in need of a nanny for our 4-year-old with autism. We will need someone to care for him while mom and dad are in labor for our second child. We plan on being induced, but may need help sooner if I go into labor early. We may need a little help after the birth of our next child, but ultimately our goal is to have someone to care for our son during our delivery.
