Childcare Needed

I’m looking for a dependable, patient, and caring babysitter for my two children, ages 4 and 2, starting November 2nd. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 p.m. My 4-year-old daughter has autism and attends preschool from approximately 11 AM–3 PM, with bus transportation provided. Most of the day would be spent caring for my 2-year-old son. I’m looking for someone who has experience with toddlers, preferably experience with children with autism, and is comfortable managing two energetic little ones. Pay: Negotiable based on experience. Safety, patience, reliability, and good communication are extremely important to me. References are preferred!
