Machine Operator | $17$19/hr + 20 Hours Built-In OT

Looking for steady hours and plenty of overtime? Join a growing manufacturing team producing automotive materials used in dashboards and convertible soft tops.

📍 Location: Acton, MA

💰 Pay: $17$19/hour

Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM6:00 PM

🔥 Overtime: Approximately 20 hours of OT built into the weekly schedule

What Youll Do

• Operate large production and manufacturing machines
• Monitor materials throughout the production process
• Inspect products for defects and quality
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all required safety procedures

What Were Looking For

• Machine operating, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Comfortable working around large industrial machines
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Reliable and comfortable working overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
