Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Muscoda, Wisconsin. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

As a CNA at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for:

Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and consumption monitoring

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
