Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Associates and Analysts to support AI training projects using their expertise in financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and deal execution.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and annotate financial documents, transaction materials, and case studies.
• Review and refine pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis reports.
• Develop realistic investment banking scenarios and document deal processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Analyze financial data, statements, and transaction structures.
• Provide detailed feedback and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate or second-year-or-higher Analyst, or an equivalent Sales & Trading role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, transaction documents, and market data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial documentation, regulatory requirements, and deal structuring.
