Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct facility operations and lead our skilled nursing team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, support department heads, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and departmental performance.

• Lead, develop, and support facility staff.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Monitor census, quality measures, and operational goals.

• Promote a positive environment focused on resident care and service.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required.

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience required.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $95,000-$100,000, depending on experience.

• Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000, based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics.
