About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Richland Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting a positive and engaging environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Promote a positive and engaging environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents
