Job Title: Entry-Level Facility Services Porter (Bilingual)
Location: Fort Bend / Brazoria County Area, TX
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This is a highly physical, fast-paced job that keeps you moving throughout your shift. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments (varying temperatures, heat, and cold depending on the season) and be capable of lifting up to 80 lbs regularly.

What You Will Learn & Earn Certifications In:
Through our dedicated safety department, you will become fully certified in:
•    OSHA Certifications: Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, Hazcom and others
•    Industry Standards: Specialized cleaning protocols for FDA-regulated facilities
 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform commercial janitorial and facility maintenance tasks.
•    Learn and follow specialized safety and cleaning protocols for standard and FDA-regulated environments.
•    Maintain a productive pace to complete cleaning and service schedules on time.

What We Are Looking For:
•    Age: Must be 18 years or older (Great opportunity for recent high school or vocational graduates!).
•    Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
•    Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
•    Location: Local to the Fort Bend / Brazoria County area with reliable transportation.
•    Requirements: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
•    Physical Capability: Able to lift 80 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled spaces.
