Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

We have a 1-month-old who has become quite difficult and inconsolable in the mornings for a few hours starting at about 6 a.m. My wife and I do shifts overnight and into the morning and this is during her shift. I want to preserve our sleep but I think extra help could be a huge benefit for us. I don't know how long this will last, if it's just a developmental phase or what.
