Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home health nursing services to patients throughout Broward County. Independent contractors will conduct Start of Care (SOC) visits and provide specialized nursing services, including IV therapy and wound care, based on patient needs and their qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments and required clinical documentation.
- Provide IV therapy and wound care services within the scope of licensure and competency.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and care provided accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with applicable nursing standards and home health requirements.
Requirements
- Current, active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience with Start of Care assessments, IV therapy, and wound care.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients' homes throughout Broward County.
- Ability to complete required documentation and maintain professional patient care standards.
Compensation: Up to $100 per visit, depending on the type of visit and services provided.
