Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin is growing, and we're excited to announce TWO full-time Patient Services Representative opportunities in Appleton!

We're hiring for two different roles:

• Front Desk Patient Services Representative – Perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, welcoming patients, and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Call Center Patient Services Representative – Ideal for someone who enjoys helping people over the phone, coordinating appointments, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment.

Both positions play an important role in helping our patients receive the care they need!

What You'll Do:

Front Desk Position – Appleton

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

• Confirm online bookings and assist with patient check-in and check-out

• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and scan necessary documents

• Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments

• Answer patient questions and help ensure a smooth, positive office experience

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to keep daily operations running smoothly

Call Center Position – Appleton

• Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

• Assist patients with questions and direct calls to the appropriate departments

• Accurately enter and update patient information in our electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service

• Communicate with team members through EMR, email, and Microsoft Teams

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting

• Availability for full-time hours, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment

• Comfort using computers and learning new technology

• Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required!

Both positions are based in Appleton, WI.
