About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
