Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Training Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Process member enrollments, eligibility verifications, and member updates
• Perform case processing and back-office healthcare operations tasks
• Review and maintain accurate member information
• Complete high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track work
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or health insurance operations
• Background in one or more of the following:
• • Member enrollment
  • Eligibility verification
  • Member maintenance and updates
  • Case processing
  • Back-office healthcare operations
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting
