Nova Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to our clients. We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Pay & Schedule

• $17–19 per hour
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Day shift availability
• Night shift availability
• Overnight shift availability
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and daily routines
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Follow individualized care plans and instructions
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Protect client privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of caregiving/client-care experience
• Current CPR certification
• TB test completed within the past 12 months
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Must meet applicable employment and background requirements
