CSR 1 - Case Services and Outreach (Project: CA HCO)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

• Primary Location: 170 Otis St, San Francisco, CA 94103 (Preference for local San Francisco County residents to minimize commute issues)
• Interview Process: Virtual

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish (Fluent reading, writing, and speaking required)
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Skills: Typing speed of 20+ WPM; computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new software
• Mobility: Driving required. Must have a valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance to travel for local county outreach.
• Physical/Mental: Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferred Experience: 6+ months in human services dealing with the public; experience with public speaking, marketing, or community outreach; experience working with low-income and diverse populations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Outreach & Enrollment: Conduct face-to-face managed care presentations (group and individual) to beneficiaries; assist with health plan enrollment, disenrollment, medical exemptions, and waivers.
• Community Engagement: Promote the program at community events and health fairs; maintain relationships with county staff and community groups.
• Data & Admin: Perform accurate data entry, transmit enrollment data, and document daily activities in the CRM database.
• Team Support: Assist in managing daily duties and training/guiding new enrollment staff.
