Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will support multi-state employees and report to the Payroll Manager. This role will manage weekly and biweekly payroll schedules while owning end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring accurate, timely payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll for multi-state employees.
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to support accurate and timely processing.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with payroll software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
