Bilingual Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences with clients via phone, email and text 
• Process client payments 
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Use office system and processes to contact clients to resolve billing  
• Document customer interactions 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
