Operations Manager Bi-lingual Spanish

Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with an established industrial distribution company to find an experienced Operations Manager to lead its West Miami branch.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands hose fabrication, enjoys working directly with customers, and knows how to keep a branch running efficiently while developing a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including counter sales, warehouse activities, and production.
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Lead, train, and schedule employees while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
• Build customer relationships, resolve issues, and follow up on quotes to support sales growth.
• Monitor operating expenses, payroll records, cash handling, and branch performance.
• Ensure quality standards, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hose fabrication and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of industrial hoses, fittings, and fabrication processes.
• Hydraulic hose experience is a plus.
• Previous leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or counter sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on leader who can balance operational demands with customer satisfaction and team development.
