Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to corporate employees and field personnel.
• Resolve hardware, software, and user-reported incidents.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Install and support required software applications.
• Track and maintain technology asset records.
• Perform routine system maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in desktop support.
