Babysitter Needed for my Children

Ideally someone who enjoys arts and crafts, Can speak foreign languages and teach them, has structured child care background. I am currently expecting and will need help likely once or twice a week for the remainder of the pregnancy and once baby arrives more frequently. My daughter loves independent play but I would like to add more structure into her day to day.
