Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for our 3 children in North Phoenix. Our kids are ages 10, 8, and 7, and then we have two smalls dogs and a cat. At the moment I am looking for a sitter who can do school pick up 2-3 times a week and stay with the kids until their dad gets home. It would only be about for an hour or so, and we could use extra help on early release days if you are open to extra hours. We would prefer someone who could help out with homework help, has their own car, does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, and CPR certified.
