Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We have fraternal twin girls just over 3 months. When Nate (dad) goes to work, Heather (mom) needs help with the girls. Having one adult per child is the main support we need. The daily flow entails naps, playtime, walks, and giving the girls lots of love. Heather and sitter will communicate about what is needed. Sometimes she might ask to clean kitchen or make food while feeding the girls and other times she will ask for holding one of them. Nates work is flexible and irregular so right now scheduling will be on a week two week basis.
