Traveling Nurses LPN

Join our traveling clinical support team as an LPN serving skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health settings. This role supports multi-facility rotations, short-term coverage, emergency staffing, and home health visits through facility-based schedules, central staffing assignments, variable assignment plans, and unit-specific workflows. The Traveling LPN reports primarily to the facility nursing director and may have opportunities to advance into a charge nurse role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across assigned healthcare settings.
• Administer medications as authorized by the role and assignment.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Support emergency coverage and short-term staffing needs.
• Work within multi-facility rotations and unit-specific workflows.
• Coordinate travel and assignment logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in practical nursing.
