EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER

FULL-TIME POSITION | $25–$35+ PER HOUR | IMMEDIATE START

 Location: Denver, NC / Lake Norman / Charlotte, NC Area

 Pay: $25–$35 per hour and up, depending on experience and skill level.

I’m looking for an experienced, dependable, hardworking construction worker to join my team full-time. I’m willing to pay for the right person who has the skills, experience, and work ethic to get the job done right.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

I need someone with extensive hands-on experience in:

Carpentry and finish carpentry
Masonry and general construction
Residential remodeling, repairs, and renovations
Punch lists, detail work, and finishing jobs properly
Landscaping, grading, and other outdoor construction work
General labor, material handling, and demolition
Job site cleanup, sweeping, and keeping work areas organized
Problem-solving and completing projects with minimal supervision

THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION!

I’m looking for a skilled, well-rounded construction worker who understands that getting a job done means doing whatever is needed to bring it across the finish line.

You must be willing and able to work both inside and outside, including:

Carpentry, masonry, and residential construction
Landscaping, grading, and outdoor property improvements
Moving materials, loading and unloading, and assisting with demolition
Sweeping, cleaning up, removing debris, and maintaining an organized job site
Handling general labor and helping wherever needed

No job is beneath you! I need someone who takes pride in skilled craftsmanship but is equally willing to get their hands dirty, work outdoors, and handle general labor when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive, hands-on construction experience is a must.
Strong carpentry, masonry, and general construction skills.
Experience completing punch lists and taking projects through to completion.
Willingness to perform landscaping, grading, and outdoor labor.
Willingness to handle cleanup, sweeping, material handling, and general labor.
Dependable, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must remain drug-free and alcohol-free while working. Drug or alcohol use on the job will not be tolerated.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver, NC, Lake Norman, or the Charlotte, NC area.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB

I’m looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes responsibility, pays attention to detail, and finishes what they start.

I need someone who can think for themselves, solve problems, take direction when needed, and complete quality work without being watched every minute.

You should be comfortable doing skilled construction work one day, grading or landscaping outside the next, and cleaning up the job site when the work calls for it.

I’m looking for a dependable, experienced tradesman with a strong work ethic—not someone who picks and chooses which parts of the job they’re willing to do.
