Print Production Assistant
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Barberton, OH

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to support warehouse and printing operations. In this role, you will manage materials through every step of the printing workflow—from pulling raw inventory, to final quality control and shipping prep.
Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Print Preparation:
• • Pull work orders; collect and organize required inventory for daily production runs
  • Stage items efficiently for printing lines
  • Perform incoming vendor Quality Control (QC) to ensure raw materials meet specifications before processing
• Post-Print & Distribution:
• • Conduct thorough final QC inspections on finished products to catch defects or misprints
  • Pack finished goods securely according to customer packaging specifications
  • Stage packed shipments for transfer to the distribution center

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
• Prior Printing experience is a plus
• Must be willing and able to stand on feet all day
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs
