Location: Raleigh, NC – 100% onsite, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Duration: Contract
About the Role:
This position focuses on improving audit readiness by reviewing compliance documentation, identifying gaps, and ensuring records are accurate, complete, and properly organized. The ideal candidate has a background in quality, auditing, compliance, finance, or operations and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review compliance documentation, training records, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks to ensure documents meet internal standards and audit requirements.
- Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and potential compliance issues.
- Organize and maintain records, checklists, and audit support documentation.
- Create work orders and maintain historical records using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Track remediation activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Quality, Compliance, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, documentation control, or related operations.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, five days per week.
