What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair reefer fleet equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and necessary repairs
• Rebuild and repair equipment components as needed
• Maintain accurate repair orders, including labor and parts documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Help keep equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready

What We're Looking For:

• EPA certification preferred but not required
• HVAC experience required (EPA certification can be attained while on-job)
• Preferred 1 year experience with single/multi temp reefers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Flexibility to work different shifts and schedules as needed
