Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Behavioral Health / Substance Use

Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Weekend Differential: +$5/hour

• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

• Provide nursing care, screenings, assessments, and vital sign monitoring.

• Administer, monitor, and document medications safely and accurately.

• Complete admission and clinical documentation.

• Support clients experiencing behavioral health and substance use concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention and client education as needed.

• Communicate client needs and clinical findings with the treatment team.

• Maintain accurate medication records and an organized medical area.

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license required.

• Minimum 1 year of substance use experience required.

• Knowledge of pharmacology and substance use-related medications.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with behavioral health and substance use clients.

• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach.
