Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a productive, inclusive team environment. This role helps drive sales performance, maintain operational standards, and ensure an engaging experience for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing store associates.
• Help manage sales goals, productivity, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and loss prevention.
• Support scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and administrative tasks.
