Job Description

·         Manage electrical and controls engineering projects end-to-end, from initial planning and design through installation and commissioning

·         Lead automation upgrades, system modifications, PLC/HMI troubleshooting, and integration utilizing Allen Bradley platforms

·         Modernize legacy equipment to enhance reliability and operational performance

·         Collaborate directly with maintenance and operations teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues

·         Provide technical guidance to upskill maintenance personnel while championing continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

·         7+ years of engineering experience required

·         Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation PLC/HMI (Allen Bradley) systems

·         Proven experience upgrading legacy controls systems

·         Familiarity with AutoCAD and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus

·         Bachelor of Science degree required
