Babysitter - Now Hiring

Child is almost 4 months old. His schedule is all over the place dictated by his ever changing wake windows and hunger cues. I work from home but am unable to be productive with such an unpredictable schedule than requires my undivided attention. Im looking for an extra set of experienced and trusted hands to care for him a few days each week.
