Nanny Needed

Searching for afternoon and evening helper/nanny for 3 children ages 8, 10, 12 in Prosper, although often you would only be directly helping with the younger two. Must help the kids stay tidy and organized. Ideal candidate is organized, self-sufficient, good time management skills, and has common sense; firm but also kind and caring. Will require driving kids to activities. One of us works from home and one is hybrid. Must be comfortable with pets. Depends on experience, and the total number of hours but we are looking to pay well for a good quality caregiver for a long-term fit.
