Babysitter Needed

My wife and I just brought our 4 month son back from Montreal where my wife is from. I work during the day and we need someone that can help during the mornings with our son so my wife can get some rest as she's been handling most of the overnight care. Our son is a happy playful baby that doesn't cry much, we need someone that knows the basic milestones and needs for young children (eg how often they should nap, how to engage them while they're awake, etc). My wife is a pediatrician and will always be available if needed, we just need help so that she can sleep in the mornings.
