Operations Generalist

Build, Move, Prepare, and Keep Production Running

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being a key part of a team? We're looking for an Operations Generalist to support critical production and refurbishment operations by preparing components, managing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring parts move efficiently through the manufacturing process.

In this role, you'll work with everything from small precision components to large engine housings while supporting multiple production areas. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Prepare components for shot peen, painting, plasma processing, and machining by masking parts according to detailed schematics and work instructions.
• Apply masking materials to a wide variety of components, ranging from small parts to large engine housings.
• Receive, track, and deliver incoming materials to the appropriate production cells.
• Transport parts between multiple buildings across campus to keep production moving efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish tooling, parts, and supplies throughout production areas.
• Support Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control efforts by locating and resolving missing or misplaced materials.
• Operate automated aqueous cleaning equipment and parts washing systems following established procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while collaborating with teammates across departments.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to remain active throughout the day, including standing, walking, and moving materials.
• Experience following written work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
• Comfortable using hand tools in a manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable and organized with the ability to accurately track and handle parts.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple production areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Springdale, AR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
