Forklift Operator - Now Hiring

The primary role of a forklift operator is to operate industrial trucks or machinery in various settings such as warehouses, storage yards, factories, construction sites, or similar locations. The operator is responsible for safely moving product loads within the facility using heavy machinery.

• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move them around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
• Operate vehicle controls to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Use levers and controls to operate lifting devices such as forklifts and hoists to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes, securing them for transport to designated areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift operators license required
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience required

The work environment involves operating forklifts and other machinery in a warehouse setting, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. There is a high possibility for overtime with shifts extending to 12am or 2am.

This is a Contract position based out of Mcdonough, GA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
