You'll excel in this role if you can make a toddler giggle, soothe a newborn, or manage the dynamic needs of a busy household. We offer full-time opportunities with consistent routines, typically spanning 30–40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. $19 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive in.
- Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs.
- Engage children in educational and fun activities that promote their development.
- Maintain a consistent daily routine that balances play, learning, and rest.
- Communicate effectively with parents to ensure alignment on child care strategies.
- Manage household tasks related to child care, including laundry and tidying up play areas.
- Transport children safely to and from activities, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in caring for children of various ages, from newborns to school-aged, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities that promote children's development and curiosity.
- Proven track record of maintaining a structured daily routine that balances play, learning, and rest.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and align on child care strategies.
- Capability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs.
- Competence in managing household tasks related to child care, including laundry and tidying up play areas.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record to safely transport children to and from activities on time.
