LPN or RN - Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab

Join Our Team at Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, a leading Assisted Living Facility in Tavernier, Florida!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our healthcare team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in our Assisted Living Facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, assessing patient conditions and monitoring progress or decline
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepare for and assist Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families, educating patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Record patient charts, observing patient's responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintain environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients

Requirements:

• RN/LPN: 1 year of experience (Preferred)
• RN/LPN licensure (Required)
