Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay: $26–$30 per hour | Newton, NJ | 25 hours/week

True Progress Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a child in Newton, NJ. If you're dependable, enjoy working with children, and want to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 3:45 PM–7:45 PM

• Saturday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Total: 25 hours per week

Pay and Support

• $26–$30 per hour

• Consistent weekly schedule

• Guidance and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home

• Follow the treatment plan developed by the BCBA

• Collect session data and document progress

• Help build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Work collaboratively with the BCBA and family

Requirements

• RBT certification, or willingness to complete the certification process before providing services

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation to Newton, NJ

• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous experience with children or ABA is preferred
