True Progress Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Burlington, New Jersey!

True Progress Therapy is seeking dedicated and reliable RBTs to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in home, school, and clinic settings.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children, supporting their development, and helping families make meaningful progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Collect and accurately document session data.

• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other team members.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Burlington, New Jersey

• Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week for full-time opportunities; part-time availability may also be considered.

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability. Many sessions take place during weekday afternoons and early evenings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Ability to successfully complete required background checks.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
