Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload molded plastic parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Trim, sort, assemble, package, and label plastic components.
• Perform basic production and quality control checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different areas of production as needed.
